Since we do not charge any extra for shipment, installation, maintenance and repairs, there is a minimum rental period of six months. Do you want an extended contract? Prices and terms are open for negotiation for contracts exceeding the six months minimum.

Long-term rentals over six months have the option to swap the machines for other titles. Did we hit a home run with your first title? Keep the same machine. We are happy to keep it serviced, so it runs smoothly for its entire lifespan at your office.

Pinball machines are expensive collectables. Normal wear from playing the games is natural and will never be a matter of discussion, as these games are industrial equipment meant to be played. We are sure you will take great care of it and your office insurance plan will in almost all cases cover any damages if you are unlucky with water damage, fire or a break-in. In a worst-case scenario, we need to have some precautions in place so we are not left without a machine. Hence, all our customers must sign a rental contract and provide a security deposit.
